Tanya graciously shares her thoughts on her new position as Chair of the Brass department at the famed Berklee College of Music in Boston, as well as her time at the University of North Texas, her 20 year career in New York City playing with the likes of the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, Roy Hargrove, Rufus Reid and Michel Camillo, the equipment she uses to help her sound so good and what it was like growing up in the musically nurturing environment of Seaside, CA.
